Monster.com: What's Your Work Style Quiz

Monster.com recently posted a quiz by Barbara Reinhold that examines personal work styles. The goal of this quiz is to find out "Have you been trying to function in a way that conflicts with how you're really wired? And have you been approaching others in ways that don't match their types?"(Reinhold)

This is a simple eight question quiz that takes two seconds of your time, but its results could be very beneficial. The results will relateyour work style to four categories, "social worker", "lone ranger", "professor" and "watchdog". The quiz will also provide horoscope type follow up on four different situations, "If you are taking the quiz for an employee, co-worker or boss", "If you're the boss", "If you're not the boss" and "If you're interviewing for a job".
